Role Description

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Full Stack Developer 

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable AEM solutions across Sites, Assets, and integrations, primarily in an AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) environment. 

• Develop and customize AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, and content models.  
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable solutions following AEM best practices.  
• Work extensively with AEM Sites, Assets, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments.  
• Optimize application performance, Dispatcher caching, and overall platform scalability.  
• Develop backend services using Java/J2EE, Apache Sling, OSGi, Servlets, and REST APIs.  
• Design and implement integrations with third-party platforms, APIs, CRM systems, and marketing tools.  
• Develop workflows, schedulers, event handlers, and business services.  
• Create responsive and accessible user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and HTL (Sightly).  
• Integrate frontend applications with AEM using client libraries and SPA frameworks.  
• Collaborate with architects, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences.  
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and cloud-native development principles. 
• Configure Routing and Caching rules in CDN.
