• Knowledge of education laws, compliance, and regulatory frameworks within the education sector
• Excellent research, legal writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage legal risks, handle disputes, and maintain accurate legal documentation
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Experience working as legal counsel
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; an advanced degree in law is advantageous
