We are looking for candidate in Digital Sales for Noida based Agency:
Location: Noida

The Sales 360 Representative will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by implementing a comprehensive sales strategy that encompasses lead generation, customer engagement, relationship building, and post-sale support. This position requires an individual who can manage the entire sales
cycle, from prospecting to closing, while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and fostering long- term relationships.
Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels including cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media For Branding, Influencers marketing with Affiliate.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities. Sales Strategy:
- Develop and execute a sales plan that aligns with company objectives and targets.
- Collaborate with marketing to create effective campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
Customer Engagement:
- Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and tailor offers accordingly.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to customers. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
Sales Closure:
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Proactively seek feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement. Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics for informed decision-making.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
