Job Title: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Support Engineer

Experience: 7–11 Years

Location: Madurai

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AEM Support Engineer with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in supporting and maintaining Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of AEM applications, including content management, digital asset management (DAM), and integrations with other enterprise systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to AEM authoring, publishing, deployment, and system integrations
Monitor system health, performance, and availability; proactively identify and mitigate potential issues
Provide technical support to end users and conduct training on AEM features and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

Strong technical knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML (Python is a plus)
Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) including:
Author and Publish instances
AEM versions 6.0, 6.5, AEM Cloud / AEMaaCS (with strong focus on DAM module)
Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis
Experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
