Role Overview:-

We are hiring an Adobe Commerce Cloud Developer with:

• 5+ years of overall Adobe ecosystem experience
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Adobe Commerce (Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce Cloud) experience.
• Proven experience delivering at least one full-cycle enterprise Adobe Commerce Cloud implementation.

This role demands strong backend expertise, cloud deployment knowledge, integration capability, and engineering discipline.

🔹 Architecture & DevelopmentWe Expect (Engineering Ownership & Excellence)

• Build scalable, upgrade-safe custom modules using Magento best practices.
• Strong command over Service Contracts, Dependency Injection, Plugins, Observers, and EAV.
• Design clean, maintainable, and extensible code structures.
• Avoid core overrides and implement architecture aligned with Adobe standards.
• Implement headless commerce integrations using REST & GraphQL APIs.

🔹 Performance & Scalability Mindset

• Optimize applications using Redis, Varnish, Algolia Search.
• Improve indexing performance and reduce query bottlenecks.
• Implement asynchronous processing and message queues where required.
• Understand caching layers deeply and reduce unnecessary DB calls.

🔹 Security & Compliance Discipline

• Follow secure coding practices (prevent XSS, CSRF, SQL Injection, RCE).
• Implement role-based access and admin security best practices.
• Maintain strict data validation and sanitization standards.
• Conduct code-level vulnerability checks before deployment.

🔹 Code Quality & Engineering Standards

• Write clean, testable, documented code.
• Follow PSR standards and Magento coding guidelines.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce quality benchmarks.
• Maintain high Git hygiene and structured commit practices.
• Create reusable components rather than patch-based solutions.

🔹 Enterprise Integrations

• Integrate with ERP, CRM, PIM, OMS, Payment Gateways, Shipping APIs.
• Design secure API authentication and data exchange mechanisms.
• Ensure fault-tolerant integrations with proper error handling.
• Maintain structured logging for traceability.

🔹 Operational Excellence

• Handle version upgrades and security patches responsibly.
• Resolve production issues with structured RCA approach.
• Maintain technical documentation and architecture notes.
• Work collaboratively with frontend, DevOps, QA, and business teams.

• Strong understanding of eCommerce lifecycle (catalog → cart → checkout → order → fulfillment).
• Experience in enterprise-scale commerce environments.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization capability.
• Clear communication and technical documentation skills.
