Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Admissions Officer role based in Noida. The Admissions Officer will assist prospective students by providing detailed information about courses, facilitating enrollment, and guiding students through the admissions process. Responsibilities include evaluating applications, addressing inquiries regarding admissions and program offerings, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves working closely with students to support them in achieving their educational goals while representing the organization in a professional manner.

Experience Required - Min. 5 year in Education B2C Sales

Travelling Part would be 70%

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and a demonstrated ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
• Experience in International Admissions processes and understanding of enrollment and application standards
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver clear information
• Outstanding Customer Service orientation and a commitment to supporting student success
• Knowledge or background in Education and familiarity with related industry practices
• Organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data management and basic computer software
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience
