Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Officer, located in Noida. The Admissions Officer will handle international admission inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and guide prospective students through the admissions process. Key responsibilities include assisting with admission applications, communicating with potential students and stakeholders, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting students in understanding educational programs and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Experience or knowledge in International Admissions processes
• Customer Service skills to provide a positive applicant experience
• Understanding of the Education sector and its programs is advantageous
• Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
• Attention to detail and proficiency in handling admission-related administrative tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with student information systems or learning management platforms is a plus
