Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor, based in Hyderabad. The Admissions Counselor will engage with prospective students to guide them through the enrollment process, provide information about Doctyn Academy's programs, and answer inquiries regarding admission requirements. The role involves building strong relationships with applicants, assisting with their queries, providing excellent customer service, and fostering student enrollment. Collaboration with the admissions team to meet enrollment objectives is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and overall Communication skills to effectively connect with prospective students and colleagues.
• Customer Service experience to understand and address diverse needs and enhance the applicant's experience.
• Sales skills to guide students through the admission process and achieve enrollment targets.
• Knowledge or experience in the Education sector is preferred, with an understanding of academic programs and career guidance.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and admissions management systems is a plus.
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or a related field is desirable.
