Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Manager located in Coimbatore. The Admission Manager will be responsible for overseeing the admissions process, maintaining and managing student application records, coordinating with prospective students, and providing them with guidance and support. Key responsibilities include creating strategies to meet admission goals, conducting interviews, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless and efficient admission experience.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead, guide, and mentor the admissions sales team to achieve performance goals
🔹 Drive student enrolments and consistently meet admission targets
🔹 Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admissions
🔹 Monitor team follow-ups, conversion ratios, and daily performance metrics
🔹 Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation and campaign activities
🔹 Maintain CRM reports, admission records, and pipeline tracking
🔹 Ensure a smooth and positive student experience throughout the admission journey
🔹 Analyze admission trends and suggest strategies for improved conversions
Skills Required
✔ Strong communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills
✔ Proven experience in team handling and leadership
✔ Target-oriented mindset with strong negotiation abilities
✔ Experience in Education, EdTech, or Healthcare Education industry preferred
✔ Good working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
