Role Description

The Admission Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Malappuram. The role involves overseeing the admissions process, developing and implementing admission strategies, managing admission inquiries, and ensuring a smooth experience for prospective students. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing team to attract candidates, organizing and executing recruitment events, creating and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, and monitoring enrollment targets. The Admission Manager will also ensure compliance with institutional requirements and maintain accurate records of admission activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Admissions Management, Student Outreach, or similar roles
• Strong skills in Communication, Relationship Management, and Collaboration
• Proficiency in Marketing, Event Planning, and Strategy Development
• Organizational and Time Management skills for handling multiple tasks effectively
• Familiarity with student management systems and data recording is preferred
• Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work under deadlines
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education Management, or related fields
