Admission Counsellor

Job Summary

The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for enrolling students in available courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management: Handling inbound inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails) and proactively following up on leads to drive conversions.
• Academic Guidance: Advising students on course selection, career pathways, and fee structures based on their academic background.
• Application Oversight: Guiding candidates through the documentation, exams, and job placement processes.
• Compliance: Ensuring all admissions align with the institution's regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 year of experience in similar role.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills; multilingualism (English, Hindi, and local languages) is a plus.
• Interpersonal Skills: High empathy, active listening, and the ability to handle objections persuasively.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

Salary – 25k to 30k
