Role Description

We are seeking a proactive Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities at our plant. The ideal candidate will support security, utilities, vendor management, housekeeping, facility management, and fire safety operations under the guidance of the Administration Manager.


Location: Sonipat (Local candidates preferred)

Department: Plant Operations / Administration

Experience: 4–7 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Joining: Immediate joiner preferred


Job Responsibilities

1. Security Management

  • Assist in managing plant security operations, including guards, access control, and surveillance
  • Ensure adherence to safety and entry/exit protocols for personnel, vehicles, and materials
  • Support reporting of security incidents

2. Facility & Utility Maintenance

  • Monitor and coordinate upkeep of plant infrastructure and utilities (electricity, water, HVAC, etc.)
  • Follow up on preventive maintenance schedules and repairs
  • Ensure operational areas are functional and well-maintained

3. Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with external vendors for facility services, housekeeping, utilities, and maintenance
  • Track vendor performance and ensure timely service delivery

4. Housekeeping & Cleanliness

  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of plant and office areas
  • Coordinate housekeeping schedules and oversee proper execution

5. Fire Safety & Compliance

  • Assist in fire safety drills and maintenance of firefighting equipment
  • Ensure compliance with statutory safety and fire regulations
  • Support reporting and documentation for safety audits

6. Store & Material Handling Support

  • Maintain records for material inward/outward movement
  • Assist in inventory control and store coordination under supervision

7. Transport & Logistics Coordination

  • Support scheduling and coordination of inbound/outbound shipments
  • Track vehicle movement and delivery schedules


Requirements:

Must Have:

  • 2–5 years of experience in plant administration or facility management
  • Hands-on exposure to security management, vendor coordination, housekeeping, utility maintenance, and fire safety
  • Basic understanding of labour and statutory compliance
  • Proactive, disciplined, and organized
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

  • Manufacturing or industrial setup experience
  • Knowledge of local regulations and authorities in Haryana
