- Assist in the preparation and management of budgets and financial documents
- Maintain and organize records, correspondence, and various documentation related to housing programs

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in administrative support is a plus
- Proven experience in administrative or office support roles, preferably in real estate or public service
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with residents and staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications
- Experience in public service or working with housing assistance programs
- Familiarity with budget management and financial documentation
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverse community
- Knowledge of housing policies and regulations
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
