Position: Assistant Admin

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Location: Hyderabad – Hi-Tech City

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Assistant Admin who can manage day-to-day office administrative operations and support employee engagement activities. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in office administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle day-to-day office administrative activities
  • Coordinate and assist in salary processing and payroll-related tasks
  • Manage attendance records and employee data
  • Handle housekeeping staff, vendors, and office maintenance
  • Coordinate banking-related work and documentation
  • Manage inventory, office supplies, and purchase coordination
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal coordination
  • Assist HR/Admin in documentation, reports, and compliance-related work
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office operations on a daily basis
Skills & Requirements
  • Mandatory knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email, basic reporting)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic understanding of office administration and HR support activities
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a WFO environment
  • Willing to take ownership of administrative responsibilities
