Position: Assistant Admin
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Location: Hyderabad – Hi-Tech City
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
Role OverviewWe are looking for a reliable and proactive Assistant Admin who can manage day-to-day office administrative operations and support employee engagement activities. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in office administration.
Key Responsibilities- Handle day-to-day office administrative activities
- Coordinate and assist in salary processing and payroll-related tasks
- Manage attendance records and employee data
- Handle housekeeping staff, vendors, and office maintenance
- Coordinate banking-related work and documentation
- Manage inventory, office supplies, and purchase coordination
- Support employee engagement activities and internal coordination
- Assist HR/Admin in documentation, reports, and compliance-related work
- Ensure smooth functioning of office operations on a daily basis
- Mandatory knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email, basic reporting)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of office administration and HR support activities
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a WFO environment
- Willing to take ownership of administrative responsibilities
