Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Faridabad. The Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including organizing and maintaining office records, handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and providing direct support to senior executives. - Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance and the ability to support senior-level management effectively
- Competence in Clerical Skills, such as document management and preparing reports
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage
