Job Purpose

:To plan, execute, and manage high-impact administrative operations for medical and surgical VR solutions. The role focuses on showcasing immersive VR modules to doctors, surgeons, and healthcare professionals globally, while ensuring effective asset management, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to drive adoption and market success of VR initiatives

Key Responsibilitie

s:1. VR Demonstration & Marketi

  • ngConduct engaging and professional demonstrations of VR modules at conferences, workshops, customer sites, and industry event
  • s.Clearly communicate the clinical, educational, and operational value of VR simulations in medical and surgical trainin
  • g.Collaborate with Marketing teams to plan and execute promotional strategies and campaigns for VR project
  • s.Collect structured feedback from surgeons, doctors, and stakeholders to refine VR content and identify new use case
  • s.Act as a brand ambassador, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and industry partner

s.2. Administrative & Asset Manageme

  • ntMaintain accurate inventory of VR assets including headsets, accessories, demo kits, licenses, and related equipmen
  • t.Coordinate procurement of VR hardware and software, ensuring timely approvals, vendor alignment, and deliver
  • y.Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; proactively highlight risks, delays, or dependencie
  • s.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of VR initiative
  • s.Prepare periodic reports on project progress, asset utilization, resource allocation, and budget

s.3. Collaboration & Communicati

  • onLiaise with cross-functional teams including XR developers, Marketing, Product Development, Sales, and Clinical expert
  • s.Facilitate communication between developers and subject matter experts to ensure clinical accuracy and relevance of VR conten
  • t.Represent the organization at domestic and international industry events, showcasing innovation in medical VR solution
  • s.Support leadership with insights from customer interactions, adoption trends, and market feedbac

k.4. Technical Support & Coordinati

  • onProvide operational support during VR demos, installations, workshops, and training session
  • s.Troubleshoot basic VR hardware, software, and setup issues during demonstrations in coordination with technical team
  • s.Ensure readiness of VR kits and content prior to demos and external engagement

s.5. Documentation & Complian

  • ceMaintain records of demonstrations, travel, asset movement, and stakeholder interaction
  • s.Prepare demo reports, feedback summaries, and project documentatio
  • n.Ensure compliance with company SOPs, data security policies, and equipment handling guideline

s.6. Customer & Internal Stakeholder Engageme

  • ntServe as the primary point of contact for VR demonstration-related interaction
  • s.Ensure a professional, seamless, and impactful demo experience for all stakeholder
  • s.Provide post-demonstration follow-ups and coordinate enhancements based on user feedbac

k.Qualifications and Experienc

  • e:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare, Engineering, or related disciplin
  • e.Minimum 1–2 years of experience in VR/AR, healthcare technology, medical devices, or innovation-driven role
  • s.Strong exposure to VR hardware, immersive applications, and demo environment
  • s.Prior experience in customer-facing, demonstration, or project coordination roles preferre
  • d.Willingness to travel extensively, including international trave
