Job Description

Location: Kozhikode

Responsibilities

  • Freshers may apply
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Experience: 1 year preferred
  • Comfortable with phone calls and customer interaction
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Basic knowledge of using computers is an advantage
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails regarding enquiries, and other concerns.
  • Process payments, issue invoices, and manage cash/credit transactions.
  • Assist with filing, and organizing documents
  • Support day-to-day office operations and staff
  • Handle basic clerical duties and errands
