About the Role

Facility Specialist should serve in a high-level leadership role overseeing the comprehensive

operations of an organization or business location.

Requirements

  • II PUC or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Supervisory experience in Facility departments
  • Organized at work
  • Personally strong enough to manage multiple complex situations simultaneously.
  • Good communication and multiple languages are an add-on. (Hindi & Kannada)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure Employee Safety compliance requirements are met.
  • Ensure work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on field equipment.
  • Lead the planning and administration of supply chain capital budgets.
  • Asset/critical asset preventive maintenance
  • Supervise all facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and

external contractors

  • Allocate office space according to needs
  • Handle insurance plans and service contracts
  • Keep financial and non-financial records and do the on time bill submission
  • Coordinate with production, operations, customer service and other functions to

implement programs.

  • Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
  • Travel arrangements - ticket & stay
  • Event coordinator
  • Very little field work is required, and one should know the local market.

  • We are looking for an experienced Facilities Specialist to oversee all building-related

activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of the infrastructure

and ensuring that facilities are safe and well-functioning.

  • The ideal candidate should be well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and

equipment while reducing operating costs, with Leadership abilities and good work

efficiency.

  • The goal is to ensure our business’s accommodation is problem-free and safe so that

employees can work under the best conditions.
