Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Admin Executive role based in Surat. The Admin Executive will handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, maintaining records and documentation, and coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth hotel operations. Responsibilities include scheduling and calendar management, assisting with front office coordination, preparing basic reports, and supporting procurement and inventory tracking for office supplies. The role also involves responding to internal queries, liaising with vendors and service providers when needed, and ensuring that administrative procedures comply with company policies. The Admin Executive is expected to maintain a professional demeanor, support management with routine administrative support, and contribute to an organized and efficient workplace.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong administrative and organizational skills, including record-keeping, documentation, scheduling, and coordination.
- Candidates should possess communication skills suitable for interacting with guests, colleagues, and external partners, including clear verbal and written communication.
- Candidates should possess basic computer and office software skills, such as proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and data entry tools.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced hotel environment.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail and reliability, ensuring accuracy in reports, records, and daily administrative processes.
- Relevant experience in hospitality administration, office administration, or a similar on-site role is beneficial.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with hotel operations or property management systems will be an added advantage.
