Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to manage daily administrative operations and support office activities. The candidate should have good communication skills, computer knowledge, and the ability to handle office coordination, documentation, and reporting efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tally Work
  • Coordinate with different departments for administrative support.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
  • Handle vendor coordination and follow-up.
  • Maintain housekeeping and office maintenance activities.
  • Ensure proper communication within departments.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and office correspondence.

Required Skills

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good typing and documentation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of office administration.
  • Time management and multitasking ability.
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Additional certification in administration or computer applications will be preferred.

Experience Required

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in administration or office coordination.
  • Freshers with good computer knowledge may also apply.
