YOUR ROLE

Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as an Intelligence & Insights (I&I) GenAI/LLM Scientist in our Talent & Organization (T&O) practice, a typical day might include:

• Build data-driven Gen AI enabled solutions including frameworks, products and offerings prototypes
• Engage with clients to understand their challenges and recommend building, orchestrating, and running complex AI workflows and agents using large language models (LLMs)
• Hands on experience in designing, deploying and optimizing LLM based applications using RAG architectures, LangChain, Agentic frameworks, LangGraph, and Bedrock Agents etc.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to develop business solutions by determining the best I&I solutions.
• Build strong relationships with clients and foster business growth with clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Define data-backed people strategies to support business transformational programs
• Contribute to T&O practice-building efforts
