Accounts Receivable Executive

📍 Location: Gurgaon

💼 Experience: 1–3 Years

🕒 Employment Type: Full-time

• Monitor customer accounts and proactively follow up on overdue invoices through calls, emails, and reminders.
• Track and update the status of outstanding payments in the accounting/ERP system.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, short payments, and billing issues in coordination with sales and billing teams.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer communication.
• Prepare and analyze Accounts Receivable Aging Reports to identify high-risk accounts and escalate unresolved cases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure smooth collection processes.
