We are hiring a Accounts Payable Specialist to be based in Noida (HO) sector 57.

Reports To: Sr. GM Accounts and Finance
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Executive to manage the companys outgoing payments and ensure timely processing of vendor invoices. The role involves verifying invoices, maintaining financial records, reconciling statements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment to vendors and service providers.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices and payment records.
- Prepare payment runs, bank transfers, and cheque payments as per company policy.
- Coordinate with procurement and internal departments regarding invoice approvals.
- Monitor accounts payable aging and ensure timely settlement of dues.
- Assist in monthly closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements related to vendor payments.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred).
- Additional certifications in Accounting or Finance will be an advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance operations.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and vendor management.
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally / SAP / Oracle / ERP systems).
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
