Job Description

Your Responsibilities, Impact & Contribution


• Perform monthly bank reconciliations across multiple currencies and entities.

• Investigate and resolve reconciling items promptly or provide clear explanations for outstanding items.

• Collaborate with Accounts Payable and other teams to follow up on open items.

• Maintain and reconcile intercompany schedules for designated EMEA entities.

• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing between entities.

• Support quarterly intercompany repayments and ensure proper documentation.

• Assist with FX validation, intercompany netting, and other month-end tasks.

• Support the team during busy periods and contribute to audit preparation.

• Work with accountants to enhance processes and strengthen internal controls.

• Build strong relationships with internal departments including AP, Payroll, Treasury, and Commercial teams.

• Participate in financial analysis, investigations, and special projects as needed. Your Experience,


Qualifications & Capability

• BA / BS degree in Business or Accounting preferred.

• Actively studying or planning to study ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification.

• Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic finance environment.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.

• Problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Intermediate level – Creating Pivot Tables, V lookups). • Experience with PeopleSoft Financials (Oracle) is a plus.

• Comfortable working with multiple systems and software packages.

• Organised, proactive, and solution oriented.

• Adaptable to change and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

• Professional and confident when interacting with stakeholders.

• Accountable and committed to delivering high-quality work.

• This is not a people management role.
