Role Description

This is a dynamic role; starting as part-time with the intention of converting into a full-time, on-site, permanent position for an Accounting Manager located near Middletown, OH. The Accounting Manager will oversee financial operations, manage financial reporting including preparing financial statements, communicate with the CPA, maintain proper records and follow legal requirements and industry standards. The role involves A/P, A/R, payroll, cash flow analysis and management, interaction with Purchasing and Sales, General Ledger Maintenance, transaction and data management, systems integration, HR interface, Payroll, and various other tasks. Training will be a hybrid of remote and in-person, academic and on-the-job. Company is rapidly growing.

Qualifications

• Experience with payables and receivables and QuickBooks Online
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and conducting accurate Journal Entries
• Strong Analytical Skills and a solid understanding of Finance concepts
• Experience with cash flow management and analysis.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to accuracy
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools, reconciliations and analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with construction a plus
• Flexible, creative, and agility, ability to interact with individuals on all levels
• Competitive Salary, starting as an hourly position, and converting to salary when full-time
