We're hiring MBA freshers (Finance/Accounting) to join our accounting team supporting US/Canada small businesses and CPAs on bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial reporting.

What You'll Do

• Assist with bookkeeping and reconciliation on QuickBooks/Xero
• Support month-end financial reporting and data entry
• Help maintain accurate client financial records
• Learn and follow US accounting standards/processes under guidance
• Coordinate with seniors on client queries and deliverables

Who You Are

• MBA (Finance/Accounting) — freshers welcome
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals
• Detail-oriented with good analytical skills
• Willingness to learn QuickBooks/Xero (training provided)
• Good written English communication
• Comfortable with US-aligned night shifts

Hands-on training, exposure to US accounting practices, and growth path into senior accounting roles.
