Position Overview
The Accounting Analyst will support day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities in the AmSpec Group. This role is part of a growing India-based finance team supporting General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), reconciliations, and month-end close activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multinational environment with shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and post routine and non-routine journal entries.
- Assist with monthly accruals, prepaids, and amortization schedules.
- Support intercompany reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data before close deadlines.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience (GL, AP, AR, or reconciliations).
- Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite or Business Central preferred.
- Strong Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, data validation).
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional global teams.
- Experience working with multinational organizations or shared service environments is a plus.
