Role Overview

We are looking for an Accounting & Finance Intern to support core finance operations, reporting, and compliance activities. This role offers exposure to financial management, program budgeting, vendor payments, statutory compliance, and internal controls, making it suitable for candidates interested in corporate finance, accounting, or financial operations in an impact-focused organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day accounting operations including vouchers, entries, and ledger maintenance.
  • Assist in preparation and review of financial statements, MIS reports, and budget trackers.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor coordination and follow-ups.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and cash flow monitoring.
  • Support statutory and regulatory compliance documentation (GST, TDS, invoicing, filings support).
  • Assist in financial documentation for government-funded and partner-supported programs.
  • Work with internal teams on budgeting, cost tracking, and financial planning for projects.
  • Support audit preparation and documentation as required.

Who Should Apply

  • Students or recent graduates in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA (Finance) students are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers and financial documentation.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and compliance requirements.
  • Interest in sustainability, infrastructure, or development sector finance is an added advantage.

Working Schedule

  • 6 days a week
  • 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • On-site role
