Accountant (US Accounting)

Exovance Global is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our growing team. If you have experience in US accounting, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about delivering high-quality financial support, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation
• Process and review accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow monitoring
• Investigate account discrepancies and recommend process improvements
• Support internal and external audits
• Prepare regulatory filings and maintain fixed asset schedules

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a US accounting environment
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
