Role Description The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and ensuring accurate documentation of income and expenses. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, reconciling bank accounts, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and auditors to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. The Accountant will also assist with tax-related documentation and provide regular financial reports and insights to management. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gandhinagar.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel, including use of formulas and basic data analysis.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to reconcile complex accounts.
• Understanding of taxation, compliance requirements, and local financial regulations.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in real estate or construction sector accounting is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Gandhinagar and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
