Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in the Noida office. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing accurate financial statements, ensuring tax compliance, and analyzing financial data. The role involves handling accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, performing bank reconciliations, and assisting in audits. The Accountant will also engage in financial forecasting and provide insights to support the organization’s financial strategy.


Qualifications

Accounting & Bookkeeping
  • Daily bookkeeping, ledger maintenance and entry posting
  • Bank, vendor and customer reconciliations
  • Handling accounts payable, receivable and basic MIS reporting
GST & Tax Compliance
  • Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
  • Input tax credit reconciliation and documentation
  • Assistance in TDS workings, challan preparation and return filing
  • Support in preparation of Income Tax returns
Audit & Compliance Support
  • Assist in statutory and tax audits with schedules and documentation
  • Maintain compliance records, registers and working papers
  • Coordinate with seniors for follow-ups, queries and status updates
General Support
  • Prepare invoices, payment schedules and basic financial summaries
  • Assist in data compilation for client reports, filings and backend activities
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned, including overtime during peak periods


CA dropout or B.Com graduate with minimum 2 years’ experience in a CA firm

Sound understanding of accounting principles and GST/TDS basics

Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books or similar software

Strong working discipline, attention to detail and reliability

Ability to handle deadlines and multitask

Good communication and coordination skills


Compensation & Benefits
  • Monthly salary in the range of ₹14,000–₹15,000
  • Quarterly performance bonus
  • Overtime payable during peak work periods
