Ltd. GMGC Solutions Private Limited is engaged in wholesale trading, purchasing, selling, distributing, supplying, and dealing in furniture, lockers, air conditioners, and other related products. The company aims to establish and manage a strong wholesale trading network comprising suppliers, distributors, and customers for the efficient sale and distribution of products. To support our growing operations, we are looking for a skilled Accountant to strengthen our finance team. Role Overview The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, maintaining statutory compliance, and supporting the company?s wholesale trading and distribution business with sound financial management. Key Responsibilities ???????Maintain accurate books of accounts as per statutory requirements. ???????Handle accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations. ???????Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. ???????Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances. ???????Monitor working capital, cash flow, and ensure timely vendor/customer settlements. ???????Prepare budgets, costing, and provide financial forecasts. ???????Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, suppliers, and banks. ???????Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules. ???????Generate MIS reports and provide management with timely financial insights. Qualifications & Skills ???????B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA-Inter or equivalent qualification. ???????Minimum [X] years of relevant accounting/finance experience. ???????Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, and Indian taxation. ???????Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software. ???????Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ???????Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. ???????Good communication and coordination skills.
