Accountant

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations, GST, TDS, and Tally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily updation of cash and bank entries
• Tally data entry and maintenance of financial records
• GST reconciliation and GSTR 2B verification with purchase
• Preparation of day book, vouchers, and petty cash records
• Recording and managing monthly purchase entries
• Tracking and verifying supervisor expenses
• TDS calculation and monthly TDS filing
• Salary calculation and preparation
• E-invoicing and daily payments through online banking

Make reports like:

· Rearranged / Managerial Profit & Loss Statement

· Monthly Balance Sheet Summary

· Cash Flow Statement (Weekly / Monthly)

· Receivables Aging Report (Customer-wise)

· Payables Aging Report (Vendor-wise)

· Project / Division-wise Profitability Report

· Forecast & Cash Flow Projection Report

· Loan & Interest Obligation Tracker

· Tax Liability Summary Report

· Working Capital Position Report

· Monthly Management Information System (MIS) Summary

Requirements:

• Proven experience in accounting with good knowledge of Tally ERP
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Ability to manage time and meet monthly deadlines
