Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant based in Chennai. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, preparing financial statements, and analyzing financial data. Day-to-day tasks will also include bookkeeping, accounts reconciliation, budgeting, auditing, and supporting overall financial management to ensure the organization?s fiscal health. The role requires a keen eye for detail and organizational efficiency. Qualifications Strong financial management skills, including Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Financial Analysis Proficiency in Budgeting, Auditing, and Accounts Reconciliation Familiarity with relevant financial software and tools (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, MS Excel) Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance, and reporting Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork abilities Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional certifications like CPA, CMA, or CA (preferred but not required) Prior experience in a manufacturing or automotive industry setting is a plus
