Key Responsibilities Engage with potential clients via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to understand their needs and build client relationships Clearly articulate our service offerings, value proposition, and address client queries effectively Evaluate client requirements and propose suitable service solutions, customizing offerings as needed Negotiate terms and close sales contracts in alignment with company goals Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales using CRM tools About Company: Located in the metropolitan heart of the country, Blue Rose Publishers is an experienced and well-organized publishing company determined to provide the best services for book publication.
