Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for managing and growing relationships with healthcare clients. This role includes overseeing service delivery, monitoring performance metrics, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client objectives are met. The Account Manager will handle client communications, address service issues, and identify opportunities for process improvements and additional services. Daily tasks include reviewing account status, preparing reports, participating in client meetings, and collaborating with operations, billing, IT, and consulting teams to support client success. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, supporting onboarding of new clients, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Client relationship management and account management skills, including the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Operational coordination and project management abilities to oversee service delivery, track performance, and drive process improvements.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to work effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
- Analytical and reporting skills to interpret data, prepare dashboards or summaries, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with healthcare operations, revenue cycle processes, or healthcare administration is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with common business software tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or account management systems, communication platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field; relevant work experience in account management or client services is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
