Account Executive

Looking for a dynamic and experienced Accounts & Tax Executive (CA Semi-Qualified – Dropout preferred) to handle end-to-end accounting and compliance functions. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in bookkeeping, finalization of accounts, GST and TDS compliance and good communication skills.

Salary: 6 LPA - 8 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping:

- Maintain books of accounts on Tally (latest version) / Zoho.

- Record day-to-day accounting entries.

- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

2. Finalization of Accounts:

- Finalization of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts.

- Preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).

- Assist in audit and respond to auditor queries.

3. GST Compliance:

- Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation).

- GST liability computation and ITC reconciliation.

- Handling GST notices and departmental queries.

4. TDS Compliance:

- Deduction and deposit of TDS under various sections.

- Preparation and filing of TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, etc.).

- Issuance of Form 16 / 16A.

- TDS reconciliation with Form 26Q/Traces.

5. Other Responsibilities:

- Handling client communication for accounting and compliance.

- Supporting statutory audit and internal audit.

- Maintaining proper documentation and records.

Candidate Profile:

- CA Semi-Qualified (Dropout preferred).

- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation.

- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting, GST and TDS laws.

- Hands-on experience in Tally (latest version) or Zoho.

- Good communication skills (English).

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in CA firm or professional services environment.

- Exposure to statutory audits.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
