Job Description

Together with your IT colleagues in Amsterdam, Manilla, Singapore and Bangalore you will create new functionality for our global user base;
Analyze, discuss, build, test and implement the requirements regarding changes requested by our users.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment and delivery
Provide functional support for the BOTS application, including issue investigation, resolution coordination, and user guidance.
Work in an Agile environment with sprints of two weeks.
Implement and document ING’s IT Risk & Security controls;
Work on improving the current process through automation and identify improvements in the Customer Journey.

What You Bring To The Team

A university degree, in Business Information Systems, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar;
Experience as an Ops engineer or business analyst;
Linux proficiency
Domain expertise in Financial Markets - Capital Markets and Derivatives products to support our investment banking operations
Experience in an Oracle/SQL and Linux/Windows OS
Experience with working on Magic XPA software is a big plus.
Experience with working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Snow;
Experience or affinity with IT Risk & Security concepts;
Excellent communication skills in English;
Strong analytical skills, proactivity and willingness to share knowledge with others in the team.
