Account Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Kolkata. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and nurturing relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include communicating with clients, preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

• Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Account Development, and Negotiation
• Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Lead Generation
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Experience in CRM tools and Sales Analytics
• Ability to understand and analyze client needs to provide tailored solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven work experience in an account management or sales role
• Knowledge of remote work and staffing services is a plus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
