This is a contract hybrid role for an ACCOPS VDI Engineer located in Kochi, with flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The ACCOPS VDI Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions using ACCOPS technologies. Daily tasks include troubleshooting, optimizing system performance, performing system upgrades, and addressing technical issues. The engineer will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient VDI solutions meet organizational needs.

• Strong expertise in ACCOPS solutions, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and system optimization
• Proficiency in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues within a virtualized environment
• Experience in system upgrades, implementations, and deployment in a hybrid work setup
• Knowledge of network protocols, security practices, and IT best practices
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in virtualization or VDI technologies are a strong advantage
