Job Overview

We are hiring an Academic Mentor to support student development and academic operations at our center in Ernakulam (Kacheripadi). This role focuses on student engagement, progress tracking, and coordination with internal teams to ensure a structured and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Student Support & Engagement

• Build positive and professional relationships with students
• Provide general guidance to help students stay focused and consistent in their studies

Academic Tracking

• Monitor student attendance, participation, and performance
• Identify concerns and coordinate with the academic team for support actions

Parent Coordination

• Assist in maintaining regular communication with parents/guardians regarding student updates
• Ensure communication is clear and professional

Data & Documentation

• Maintain accurate student records using internal systems and MS Excel/Word
• Support data tracking, reporting, and documentation processes

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with faculty and support staff to ensure smooth program delivery
• Assist in implementing structured academic plans for students

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education or related fields preferred)
• Good communication skills in English (Malayalam is an added advantage)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, or similar tools
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
