We bridge the gap between aspiration and achievement by delivering data-informed, empathetic counseling that drives enrollment, retention, and long-term student outcomes.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one academic and career counseling sessions with students and parents to identify goals, map pathways, and build actionable education plans.
• Guide students through course selection, exam prep strategies, and college/university application processes tailored to their strengths and aspirations.
• Maintain detailed student progress records and use CRM tools to track engagement, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to refine messaging, host workshops, and drive student enrollment from initial inquiry to final enrollment.
• Stay current with evolving education trends, university policies, scholarship opportunities, and entrance exam patterns across India and abroad.
• Deliver workshops and webinars on academic planning, stress management, and career readiness for schools, parents, and student groups.
