Academic Counselor (UPTO 50K)

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counselor who will be responsible for guiding students about courses, career opportunities, and helping them make informed decisions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for counseling and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students via calls, chats, emails, and face-to-face meetings
• Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses/programs
• Convert inquiries into admissions through effective follow-ups
• Maintain a database of leads and track progress
• Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and career scope
• Handle objections and resolve student queries effectively
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processes
• Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets
  
  

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
• Ability to work under targets and pressure
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate in any field (Education / Psychology preferred)
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply
• Prior experience in EdTech / Counseling / Sales is a plus
