This is a full-time on-site role based in Kozhikode for an Academic Counsellor. The responsibilities include guiding students through their academic and career goals by providing personalized counseling, supporting them in the application and visa process, and assisting with academic advising. The Academic Counsellor will also engage in effective communication with students and families to ensure a smooth and successful study abroad journey.

• Proven skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication abilities to interact effectively with students and families
• Experience in Academic Advising and Education-related support
• Empathy, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of international education systems and study abroad pathways
• Capability to work collaboratively within a team in an on-site setting
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
