Role Description The Academic Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Vrindavan. This role involves overseeing academic schedules, coordinating courses and faculty, and ensuring that curriculum plans are implemented effectively. The Academic Coordinator will support learners through academic advising, track student progress, and facilitate communication between academic leadership, instructors, and learners. Daily tasks include organizing academic records, assisting with program development, supporting assessment processes, and contributing to continuous improvement of academic policies and procedures. The role also requires collaboration on research and curriculum initiatives aligned with Vedavarsity’s Vedic educational mission.
Qualifications
  • Background in Education and experience with Curriculum Development, especially in higher education or specialized academic programs.
  • Strong Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with learners, faculty, and administrative teams.
  • Experience in Academic Advising, including supporting student progression, course selection, and academic planning.
  • Ability to conduct and support Research related to curriculum enhancement, learner outcomes, and Vedic studies.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education, Vedic Studies, Humanities, or a related field.
  • Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in academic records.
  • Comfort working on-site in Vrindavan and collaborating in a culturally sensitive academic environment.
  • Familiarity with online learning platforms and basic digital literacy for managing academic processes.
