• Oversee the academic planning and curriculum implementation for Classes III–V.
  
• Guide, mentor, and support teachers to ensure effective classroom teaching.
  
• Monitor lesson plans, classroom observations, and student learning outcomes.
  
• Coordinate assessments, examinations, and report card preparation.
  
• Conduct teacher training sessions and academic meetings.
  
• Maintain academic records and ensure timely completion of the syllabus.
  
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic progress.
  
• Plan and organize school activities, events, and co-curricular programs.
  
• Ensure compliance with school policies and academic standards.
  
• Work closely with the Principal to improve overall academic performance.
  
  
  
  

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or a relevant subject.
  
• B.Ed. is mandatory.
  
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in primary classes.
  
• Prior experience as an Academic Coordinator or Team Leader is preferred.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  
• Good knowledge of curriculum planning, assessments, and classroom management.
