Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Thrissur. The Academic Coordinator will oversee the development and implementation of educational programs, manage curriculum designs, provide academic advising to students, and coordinate with faculty and mentors. Responsibilities include guiding students on their learning paths, supervising research projects, and facilitating communication between students, parents, and educators. The role also requires staying updated with education trends to enhance and evolve the learning curriculum.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Education and Curriculum Development, with a strong understanding of academic standards and innovative methodologies.
• Exceptional Communication and Academic Advising skills to guide students and collaborate with educators and parents effectively.
• Strong Research skills to contribute to the development of data-driven and advanced educational strategies.
• Freshers also welcome
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with technology-driven learning tools or personalized education methods is a plus.
