We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused professional to join our team as a Student Counsellor for MBA Programs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding prospective students through their academic journey and supporting them throughout the admission process.

Key Roles and Responsibilities -

• Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to understand their career goals and provide personalised counselling.
• Promote MBA programs by clearly communicating curriculum strengths, faculty expertise, industry exposure, and career opportunities.
• Support students through the admissions process by assisting with applications, documentation, and timely follow-ups.
• Provide accurate information on admission requirements, specialisations, fees, scholarships, and financial aid options.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships leads to enhanced trust and increased conversion rates.
• Conduct market research on competitor offerings and industry trends to strengthen counselling strategies.
• Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and academic teams to streamline enrolment and enhance outreach initiatives.
• Track student interactions and generate performance reports to improve the effectiveness of counselling.
