Job Title : Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) and PaloAlto Key Skills :Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) and PaloAlto Job Locations : Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai. Experience : 5+ Years. Education Qualification : Any Graduation. Work Mode : Hybrid. Employment Type : Contract. Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days Required Skills & Experience: ? Proven experience in managing Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) and Firewall Palo Alto (Hardware and Virtual Firewalls) in Enterprise environments ? 5 - 10 years of experience in supporting Zscaler ZPA & ZIA and Palo Alto firewalls for large client bases. ? Technical sound and certified on Zscaler and Palo Alto ? Hands on experience on Cisco ISE will be an added advantage ? Good hands-on experience on VPN technologies such as IPsec and VPN clients ? Good hands-on experience on Network Protocols & traffic analyzers (TCPdump, Wireshark) ? Configure and maintain policies to enforce web filtering, data loss prevention, and threat prevention measures. ? Add, remove and modify routing, security policies as per Client?s compliance requirement and firewall standard practices. ? Interact and escalate with Vendor for any system defect and support tickets, Monitor, detect, investigate and resolve security incidents related to the firewalls and Provide Root Cause Analysis within expected service levels. ? Manage firewall releases that include upgrade of firewall images to N or N-1 version. ? On-going fine tuning of rules. ? Apply emergency rules in case of security or other incidents. ? Availability, health check and performance monitoring. ? Device Hardening as per Customer Policies. ? Responsible for inspecting network packets and notifying administrators regarding attacks launched against networks. ? Check for updates that are regularly available online, and they must keep themselves up-to-date with the latest attacks
