Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Ahmedabad for a Zscaler Engineer L3. The role involves configuring, deploying, and managing Zscaler solutions to ensure optimal network performance and cybersecurity for clients. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting complex issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, performing system upgrades, and maintaining compliance with security standards. The engineer will also provide expert-level support, conduct performance analysis, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and security. Qualifications Expertise in Zscaler solutions, including configuration, troubleshooting, and deployment Strong knowledge of network technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, and LAN/WAN Experience with cybersecurity practices, including threat analysis and compliance frameworks Ability to perform system diagnostics, upgrades, and routine maintenance Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with clients and teams Relevant certifications (e.g., Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional) are a plus Proficiency in performance optimization and security strategies Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
